• Ernesto Alcalde Rodriguez

Ernesto Alcalde has been CFO for several international and Mexican companies including Grupo Modelo (MXK:GMODELOC) a Mexico - based company quoted on the Mexican Stock exchange (BMV) primarily engaged in the production, distribution and sale of 12 brands of beer with annual sales of USD5.6B. Mr Alcalde previously worked as CFO for Panamerican Beverages , Admiral Group, Otis Elevators and Dow Chemical Mexico among others. Mr. Alcalde has extensive industry knowledge, with over three decades of experience in executive positions, focused in corporate finance and merger and acquisitions deals throughout the Latin America region. Mr Alcalde earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, and is a graduate of the MBA Program at Universidad de las Americas and New York University.


• Jim Nolen

Jim Nolen currently teaches corporate finance and entrepreneurship at McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and holds the title of Distinguished Senior Lecturer. Also, is the Associate Director of the Hicks Muse Tate and Furst Center for Private Equity at the McCombs School of Business. Mr. Nolen is the faculty advisor for the Venture Fellows and Entrepreneurs Society. Mr. Nolen is also President of CFO Services, Inc., a middle-market business consulting firm specializing in business valuations as well as merger and acquisition advisory services. He also serves on the boards of directors of an American Bank of Commerce, Centurion Medical Products, Balcones Resources, an enterprise software company, Nowell, Inc. and the McCombs MBA Alumni Association. Professor Nolen has designed and taught in both public and custom programs in Executive Education including: Texas Instruments, Dell, Essilor, M.D. Anderson, Motorola, Shell Oil, PetSmart, Vought Aircraft, State Farm Insurance, H.B Zachary, Construction Institute, USAA, St. Jude Medical, and Fedex-Kinkos among others. Jim Nolen holds an MBA and BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.


• Everardo Camacho Alanis

Everardo Camacho Alanis is a Managing Partner of Capital Indigo a Venture Capital and Mezzanine Debt fund primarily focused on middle market buyout and growth capital investment opportunities based in Mexico City. From 1999 to 2009, Mr. Camacho held different positions in Grupo Bursatil Mexicano (GBM). Mr. Camacho served as Managing Director and President of SINCA GBM the private equity vehicle of GBM holding a portfolio consisting in eight companies of different industries. Mr Camacho also served as Director of the Investment Banking Division being responsible of designing, originating, structuring and executing equity offerings, debt offerings, mergers & acquisitions, spin-offs and other corporate finance transactions in both public and private markets totaling more than USD 1 Billion. Previously, Mr. Camacho served as Deputy Director of GBM's Equity Research Division. Before joining GBM, he was a financial analyst at CEMLA. Mr. Camacho is a graduate in Economics of ITAM and participated in Executive Education Courses in Harvard University , Kellogg School of Management and Columbia Business School .

• John Walker, Managing Director

Mr Walker has extensive experience in corporate finance, with expertise in private equity investments, and M&A transactions, primarily in the retail, real estate, microfinance and technology sectors. Mr Walker founded Brucklat Financial Services in 2007. Prior to this, Mr Walker worked as a Financial Planning Manager for Grupo Modelo [MXK:GMODELOC] in the Retail Division, being responsible for business intelligence, strategic financial planning, capital budgeting, business valuation, cash flow planning and working capital management. From 2001 to 2005, Mr Walker worked for Amitech Latinamerica as a Finance Manager, and was involved with the start up of the Mexican business unit as financial responsible for the investment project and fund raising for the production plant. From 1997 to 2000, Mr Walker worked as a Senior Auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, being responsible for due-diligence projects, and audit process for clients of the firm. Today, Mr Walker also serves as a financial advisor for Mexican and Argentinean companies. Mr Walker holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, and is a chartered accountant from Universidad Nacional De Córdoba, Argentina. Mr Walker is teacher assistant for Corporate Finance in the Texas MBA program in Mexico City and passed CFA level II exam in June 2008.

• Andrés Duque, Associate

Andrés Duque joined Brucklat in 2008. He was previously a financial analyst at Grupo Elektra Latin America [MXK:ELEKTRA] leading specialty retailer, focusing on company and new business valuation, strategy and financial planning. Prior to that, he was an associate at a Mexican investment firm where he participated in investment process decisions and fund raising. He received a BS in financial administration from ITESM in Monterrey and is a CFA Level II Candidate.

• Oscar Serrano Salinas, Associate

Oscar Serrano joined the firm in 2008. Oscar worked as financial analyst for Grupo Modelo [MXK:GMODELOC] in the Retail Division from 2005 to 2008. He was previously Market Analyst at Derfin (a Mexican Derivative firm, member of the MEXDER). Oscar received a BS in Economics from ITESM in 2003 and is a Master in Finance candidate from ITESM.



• Yurisha Lopez Guzman, Associate

Yurisha Lopez joined the firm in 2008. During her experience in Spain Yurisha worked as a trainee for Ingram ( Spain ) in the Procurement and Marketing Division. She previously worked as Project Leader and Financial Analyst for Coca-Cola Femsa [MXK: KOF] from 2002 to 2006. Yurisha received a BS in Economics from ITESM in 2002 and a Master Degree in Business and Marketing from Universidad de Barcelona , Spain in 2007.

• Alejandro Bustamante, Associate

Mr Bustamante joined Brucklat Financial Services in 2009. Mr Bustamante has extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Corporate Finances and Supply Chain Management. Prior to this, Mr Bustamante worked as Income Manager (2006-2007) and Supply Chain Manager (2007-2008) for Grupo Modelo [MXK:GMODELOC] in the Retail Division, being responsible for business intelligence, strategic logistics planning, pricing, asset management and optimization, as well as demand forecast and commerce mathematical modeling. From 2004 to 2005, Mr Bustamante worked in Germany for Hauni as a Project and Investment Manager in the R&D area, and was involved with the projects for sustainable development of this area. From 2003 to 2004, Mr Bustamante worked as a Quality Auditor with Crown Cork & Seal Mexico, being responsible for ISO:9000 audits at the plant level. Mr Bustamante is studying the third semester of an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin , and has and M. Sc. by the Technische Univesitaet Hambur-Harburg , Germany on International Production Management. In addition, Mr. Bustamante has a Industrial Engineer Bachelor Degree by the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México. Mr Bustamante is candidate to CFA level I.

• Vanesa Ortiz, Financial Analyst

Vanesa Ortiz Pérez joined Brucklat Financial Services in 2008. She worked in an Internship program for Novartis Pharmaceutical; during the program she ensured transparency in achieving monthly financial targets, monitoring and performance of the company (Management KPI´s, Key Performance Indicators). Vanesa is an Investment Advisor certified by the AMIB (Mexican Association of Stock Brokers). In addition, she is certified by SAP. Vanesa received a BS degree on Financial Management from ITESM in December 2008.

• Eduardo Martínez Bermúdez, Financial Analyst

Eduardo Martínez Bermúdez joined the firm in 2008. He worked as an assistant in the Treasury Department in Seguros Atlas S.A. Eduardo is an Investment Advisor certified by the AMIB (Mexican Association of Stock Brokers). In addition, he is certified by SAP . Eduardo will receive a BS degree on Financial Management from ITESM by December 2009.
